My Sleeping Problem
I have a sleeping problem. I sleep too long everyday, but when I try to wake up earlier, I am not awake enough to be active and I'm a real jerk when I'm tired.
For example, I only woke up like thirty minutes ago. I went to bed at 2 a.m.. That is almost twelve hours of sleep!
Anyone got any ideas?

I've heard exercise helps. It's weird, I've been having the same problem. I have always naturally woken up after 9hrs on the dot but recently I can't drag myself out of bed! Guess I'd better follow my own advice.
Try a change in your lifestyle. Start paying attention to what you eat, is there any nutrition your not getting? Exencise helps alot, 45 minutes a day of vigous (walking doesn't count) exercise helps both sleep and being awake.
You should try swimming?
Also, for a blog that's title is: Bruce Call: Conceptual Artist, this blog doesn't deal with alot of art. Conceptual or otherwise.
